functions; FQHC and Community Health Center policies and procedures, assist with
recognizing and removing institutional obstacles to provide access to high
quality of healthcare, ensuring all users of the BCA-CMS software system are fully
trained and by preparing monthly management reports. These Customer-specific
numeric and graphic reports help you interpret what is happening in your clinic,
identify ways to solve problems and improve profitability. The Community Health
Center Program Manager reviews each report with you either in your office or via
a conference call.
