Federally Qualified Health Centers

Purpose:

One purpose of Gateway to Care is to help communities develop a viable federally qualified health center (FQHC) in their neighborhood. Our organization allows communities the opportunity to help each other in the development of a FQHC. Meetings are set up on a monthly basis and are designed to educate communities of the complexities of running a Federally Qualified Health Center.
